Collection of Data during the booking process
When you book a hotel with the RedFM Breaks website, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your booking and to communicate with you about your reservation. We also use your email address to send you confirmation of all the details of your booking and the hotel's contact details. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via email newsletter and postal mail, using the details you provided. Before sending you any such information we would always ask for your consent to do so.

Collection and Use of Information
When you book a hotel with RedFM Breaks we ask you for your full name, mailing address, email address, contact telephone number and credit card details. During the course of the booking process your credit card details are deleted and we do not store credit cards details in any format. In order to process your booking your personal details are used to confirm your booking with the hotel and after a short period of time these are also deleted from our system. This is in line with best practice in the Credit Card industry and conforms with the global standards of PCI Compliance (Payment Card Industry compliance standards).

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ('Google'). Obligations on reservation

Fixed Price packages
On our "Fixed Price" price packages you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 12.5% of the cost (+VAT) of your booking to guarantee your reservation. You will be responsible for the payment of the balance due and any additional costs to the hotel on arrival.
On our 'Fixed Price' packages card charge will appear as '' on your statement.
Prices and Information
The price for the accommodation that can be booked by you is specified on the site. reserves accommodation on behalf of and with the authority of the entity mentioned on the reservation form. The hotel prices quoted will not include additional requirements unless specifically stated.
The hotel agrees to furnish the accommodation as set out in the reservation form. This will constitute the entire agreement between the hotel and you.
Any complaints about the hotels or your stay at a hotel should be addressed to the hotel at the time of stay/checkout. Alternatively, all complaints, in relation to the accommodation or additional requirements, should be made in writing to the address of the place of business of the hotel within one weeks of the event of the complaint.
Every reasonable effort will be made by the Hotel to settle a complaint made by you. If this procedure does not satisfy, your complaint will be referred to the decision of a single arbitrator appointed by agreement between you and the Hotel or, in default, the President for the time being of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland will appoint the arbitrator. The Arbitration Acts, 1954 to 1998 and any statutory amendment or re-enactment thereof will apply to such arbitration.

The cancellation policy in place at the hotel in respect of which the reservation is made will be binding on you. Please make yourself aware of the cancellation policy in place at the hotel you are booking.
You should note that the 12.5% non-refundable deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled subsequent to the booking being made.
Fixed Price packages
To confirm a reservation on our "Fixed Price" packages, you must pay a non-refundable deposit to the value of 12.5% of the reservation. Payments may be made using Visa, MasterCard or Visa debit card. Credit/charge cards used to process reservations must not expire within 10 days of making the reservation.
The outstanding balance due on a reservation is payable directly by you to the hotel on arrival.
Fixed Price packages Refunds
On our "Fixed Price" or “Super Saver” packages the 12.5% booking deposit (plus VAT) is Non-refundable. No refunds are made in the case of cancellation. Should you require to change/amend a booking in any way a new booking deposit will be required at which time we will refund the value of the original deposit. is a trademark of Hotelsinone Ltd.
